Black Tuesday is a level in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. This level starts on August 17th, 2016 - 10:18:08. The player takes control of Derek "Frost" Westbrook, a Delta Force operator in New York. So far information indicates that the mission will involve a heavy firefight at the New York Stock Exchange, followed by a helicopter duel down Wall Street.
Also, Strykers return on this mission, though it is unknown how many of them there is but in the gameplay you can see two one called Samaritan and one called Firefly. These units will fall when a Hind comes and destroys them and most of the team.
